Unlike traditional infrastructures, zytePe is built specifically for high-velocity UPI transactions. We offer a direct-to-bank routing architecture that reduces "hops" during a payment, leading to significantly higher success rates and near-instant status updates for your customers.

Absolutely. zytePe is designed to scale with you. We offer low-entry barriers for MSMEs and early-stage startups, providing enterprise-grade infrastructure without the heavy upfront costs. Our platform helps small businesses professionalize their payment collection and vendor payouts from day one.

Technical & Integration

Yes. We provide a fully functional Sandbox Environment where developers can simulate successful and failed transactions, test webhook responses, and verify payout logic without moving real money. This ensures a bug-free experience when you switch to production.

zytePe uses webhooks to notify your server in real-time about event changes, such as a successful payment or a failed payout. Our webhooks are signed with a secret key, ensuring that the data you receive is authentic and has not been tampered with by third parties.

Payments & Compliance

Standard transaction limits are governed by NPCI guidelines for UPI (typically up to ₹1 Lakh per transaction). However, for business-to-business (B2B) collections and specific high-volume merchants, zytePe can facilitate higher limits subject to additional compliance checks and bank approvals.

Currently, zytePe is optimized for the domestic Indian market using the UPI network. We do not support international cards or cross-border currency conversions at this time, as we aim to provide the most stable experience for the local Rupee-based economy.

All disputes are managed through the zytePe Merchant Dashboard. If a customer raises a dispute, you will be notified via email and your dashboard. You can upload proof of delivery or service completion directly to the portal to contest the claim. Our support team assists in mediating these cases with the bank.
